CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING
Our treatment times are reserved specifically for you. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment or fail to show up, a fee of 50% of the full price of the scheduled service will be charged.
Additionally, if you book a service as part of a package and fail to attend or cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, you will still be charged 50% of the individual service price.
We understand there may be times when illness or unforeseen circumstances occur. We kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll be happy to reschedule with you. Fees do not apply when appointments are rescheduled.
TREATMENT PACKAGES
Kindly note that all treatment packages are non-transferable and non-refundable, and come with a one-year expiration date.
Under certain circumstances, we will review treatment package refund on a case-by-case basis. If you have started your package, refund will be determined minus any treatment used and after applying full standard price of used treatment
RETURNS POLICY
All sales are final. Under certain circumstances, we will happily exchange unused and unopened skincare products within 30 days of purchase, with or without a receipt. In addition, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original payment method for any unused and unopened skincare products that is returned within 30 days of the receipt of purchase.
Please note that any delivery costs incurred will not be included in the refund. Items are returnable at your own cost.
